We host and manage OpenClaw instances for you. We set up, maintain, secure, and support your AI assistant. You use it. We handle the infrastructure.
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share login credentials. Don't use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.
Starter plan: $29/month. Professional plan: $79/month. Billed monthly. API usage beyond included credits is billed separately at cost. No markup. Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
We target 99.9% uptime. Sometimes things break. If we have extended downtime (over 4 hours), we'll credit your account. We don't guarantee perfection. We do guarantee we'll fix issues promptly.
Your data stays yours. We don't claim ownership. We don't sell it. We use it only to run your instance. Export anytime. Delete anytime.
You provide your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI services. You're responsible for those accounts and their costs. We don't control their pricing or availability.
You can cancel anytime. We'll keep your data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse, illegal activity, or non-payment. We'll give 7 days notice before termination for non-payment.
We provide the service as-is. We do our best, but we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Use the service at your own risk.
We may update these terms. We'll email you 30 days before changes take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, cancel your account.
