We collect only what we need to run the service: your email address, account preferences, and your OpenClaw configuration. We don't collect browsing history, personal identifiers beyond email, or usage patterns outside the service.
We don't train AI models on your data. We don't share your data with third parties. We don't sell your information. We don't use cookies for tracking. We don't build profiles on you.
Your OpenClaw instance is isolated. Your emails, documents, and conversations stay in your instance. We can't access them without your explicit permission for support. We don't store copies. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Connections are encrypted (TLS 1.3). Your instance runs in an isolated container. We don't store your API keys in plain text. We conduct regular security audits. If there's a breach, we notify you within 72 hours.
We use Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for payments. Both have strong privacy protections. We don't integrate with analytics services, ad networks, or data brokers.
You can export your data anytime. You can delete your account and all data. You can request what data we have on you. You can correct inaccurate information. Email mdaziz067@gmail.com for any privacy requests.
If we change this policy, we'll email you 30 days before the changes take effect. No surprises. No retroactive changes.
